Acquisition Terms Revealed

According to sources close to the matter, discussions are currently ongoing with the goal of reaching a definitive agreement. The deal is anticipated to be finalized by late August or early September.

Bain Capital Enters New Market

As one of the largest players in India’s non-life insurance segment, IndusInd General Insurance has seen significant growth over the years. The company has a strong presence across 27 states and offers a range of insurance products to individuals, corporates, and government entities.
